Privacy

This statement covers the CertWerx company website only. A separate License Mate Privacy Policy will be available before the app launches.

This website is made of two pages. Its pages, fonts and images are served from this website; it does not load fonts, scripts or other content from other sites. The pages do not use contact forms, and the code on them sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, the date and time and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. It does this for us as a service provider, mainly in the United States and Europe, and decides how long it keeps these records. It does not publish a period. Cloudflare may use security cookies or similar technology of its own to deliver and protect the site; when we tested these pages, none was set.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything else you write. We use it to respond to your enquiry and for related correspondence. We use Google Workspace for email. Google stores and processes our email in its data centres. The plan we use does not let us choose where, so your message may be handled outside Australia. We keep enquiry emails for two years after our last contact with you, and then delete them, unless we are in an ongoing relationship with you or need to keep them for a legal reason.

CertWerx does not sell your personal information or share it with others for marketing purposes.

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information you have given us, or raise a privacy concern or complaint, by emailing info@certwerx.com.au. We may ask for enough information to check who you are before giving access or making changes. We aim to reply within 30 days, and will tell you if we need longer. If you are unhappy with our response, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
